Duane’s technical experiences span across multiple industries:

• designing scientific test equipment

• designing municipal valves, industrial valves,

• designing and managing all aspects of tank, truck tank, and tank trailer engineering and manufacturing

What’s unique about Duane?  He gets his roots from growing up on a central Minnesota farm, and his experience working with his hands in custom woodworking, millwork, metal assembly and fabrication. Duane values the privilege he has had working with some of the best minds, mentors, and craftsmen in each of the respective roles he’s had and looks forward to leveraging that experience while working with you.

Duane’s reputation as an engineer, professional, and business leader is built upon his willingness to learn, his understanding of the detail necessary for success, his predisposition for taking responsibility, and always being prepared to personally take theoretical, technical solutions into the physical world.

I am proud to wear many hats… Wife, Mother, Business Manager, Bookkeeper, CFO, Marketing Director, Website Designer and I enjoy the challenge of further advancing Plumski Engineering and Repair, LLC.  Coming from a career in music I was not sure how I would fit into the Engineering world, but after 4 plus years I am proud to say that the skills that drove me to excel as a musician are the same skills that drive me in my work today.  It is my love of puzzles, problem solving, and organizing that brings me excitement and determination when working on Quality Control Manuals, Training Documents, and digging through Department of Transportation Regulations and Transport Canada Regulations to figure out how the pieces all fit together.  My dedication to a project propels me to continue working until the problem has been solved.

I have observed Duane refine his skills from the days of working through college and throughout his engineering career and am happy to say that it’s a world I better understand these days!  Our passion for helping customers solve a problem is the reason we started P.E.A.R. and I am honored to be part of the solutions we provide to our clients.
